Ekaterina is a product of the Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Prior to joining Dhandho Capital, Ekaterina worked as a Credit Analyst at B&N Bank in Russia, where she focused on assessing clients’ data and financial statements in order to evaluate the degree of risk associated with providing loans to respective businesses. 

In her leisure time, Ekaterina enjoys travelling, visiting art galleries, and baking desserts.     

Ishaan is a product of the Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Prior to Dhandho, Ishaan worked as a Global Treasury and Investor Services analyst with Kotak Mahindra Bank in India and focused on Basel III accord requirements. He was responsible for developing interest rate risk coverage, liquidity reports and macroeconomic commentary for senior bank executives

During his free time, Ishaan enjoys playing basketball, reading books, and spending time with friends and family.

Emil Stanca is product of the Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University. With an interest in finance, he enlisted to study financial analytics, portfolio and wealth management, and value investing. He remains active in the Western Debate Club and is a published author for the Ivey Business Review.

Emil moved with his parents from Romania when he was young, keeping close contact with his family through yearly visits. On his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, going to the gym, writing and reading fiction and poetry. He also works with nonprofit organizations, including a free basketball camps for underprivileged youth and a literacy camps for indigenous communities.
